We seek a Lead Pastor who is a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and a committed Christian. He should understand and follow God's desires for leadership in the church as outlined in 1Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9. This person must also be willing to serve within our team leadership structure.

SRCC is a forty-year-old church that is located in rural Northwest Ohio. We serve many communities spanning a 40 mile radius. Solid Rock is affiliated with the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches located in Fort Wayne, IN (www.fecministries.org). Sunday attendance averages 400+ and our budget for this year is around $350.000.00

We are just completing an exciting new building project with a minimal amount of debt. God has blessed us with both a wonderful facility and great people. We have seen God at work in mighty ways and believe there are great things just around the corner. We are still facing the challenges of moving from a small church to a large church. We have made some essential steps in the last couple of years and are looking for someone to help us get to that next level.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a large church, 3-5 years pastoral experience, and seminary training.
